PowerPass offers convenient and flexible credit to help manage cashflow.

Whilst cash payments are always an option, PowerPass offers convenient and flexible credit accounts to help manage your cashflow. Plus, credit accounts now come with 30 days to pay – up from 20. That’s 10 extra days to manage your cash flow, line up payments with your jobs, and keep your business moving..

 Accounts starting from $1,000 per month, with no interest provided the full balance is repaid within 30 Days.

You must first apply for a cash PowerPass membership. To apply for credit, login to your PowerPass account and select 'Apply for Credit' under your profile.

You must sign the back of your card and bring photo ID into a Bunnings store or Trade Centre to get your card activated (it cannot be done over the phone or on-line). The photo ID must match the name on the card and the signature on the back otherwise the card cannot be activated. You will be required to set up your 4 digit Pin in-store as well. Note: Cash cards do not require activation.

Yes, you can obtain the Cash Only benefits today. Please go to the Trade Desk at your local store. The team will require your business details and can provide you with a Temporary Paper Card. Alternatively, in Step 3 of the online application please select Yes 'Temporary Paper Card Required' and this will be emailed to you directly.

No. For security reasons we only accept your physical PowerPass card, temporary card or digital card on the PowerPass App. We cannot accept your PowerPass in any other form, including photos or photocopies of your card, or via third party applications.
No. The Bunnings Commercial PowerPass is for exclusive use at Bunnings Stores and Trade Centres.

Yes, you can use your Commercial PowerPass card for a Special Order. If your Commercial PowerPass was used and a refund is required, the amount will be refunded back on to your account. The tender cannot be returned another way.

No. There are no 'points' or schemes associated with the PowerPass.
To reset your pin, please visit a Bunnings Store or Trade Centre and bring your ID. The photo ID must match the name on the card to reset your PIN. Please note, we cannot reset your PIN over the phone. Note: Cash cards do not require a pin.

Yes, you can apply for multiple cards for the new Bunnings Commercial PowerPass. 

 

Note: it will be one aggregate credit limit across all cards.

If you are an apprentice, you do not require a NZBN however, we require proof of your Apprenticeship status.

When applying for credit you will be asked for information about your business such as director or proprietor information, some form of identification and contact information.
