Price policy

Our lowest prices policy means that if you find a competitor's lower price (including GST and delivery charges) on the same in-stock item that's available for same-day delivery or collection, we'll beat it by 15%. This excludes trade quotes, stock liquidations and commercial quantities.

Our Price Policy also applies online to products sold by Bunnings. Please contact Customer Support at onlineenquiries@bunnings.co.nz or call 0800 35 00 11 to process the price guarantee and place your order.

Commercial customers with a PowerPass membership can access exclusive pricing, special offers and benefits on a wide range of products from our store and Trade Centre network. PowerPass prices do not apply to all products sold. To find out if a product attracts an exclusive PowerPass price, you can scan the product on the PowerPass App or Sign in via Trade website.
