Shop online and then collect your order in-store with our Click & Collect service. Now available at eligible warehouses across New Zealand.

The service

Click & Collect is offered to customers in most stores, this includes stocked key items. Eligible products that are marked "Buy online" and "Pick up in-store". Once your order's processed, you'll receive confirmation letting you know that it's ready to pick up. Bring your confirmation email and ID to the online pick-up counter at the front of the store.

Where do I collect my item from in-store?

Your Click & Collect items will be available for collection at the dedicated online pick-up counter at the front of our store.

How long will my order take to process?

Orders placed by 4pm will be available for pickup within 4 hours (Subject to store trading hours). Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following day. Please note you will receive a notification once your order is processed and ready for collection. For further information you can view our Terms & Conditions here.

What if I need to return an item(s) that I ordered?

Simply come into the store you placed your order with, and we'll happily assist you with a return or exchange.

Yes, you can inspect the item before taking it home. Our standard exchange and refund policies also apply to Click & Collect. 
Orders placed by 4pm will be available for pickup within 4 hours (Subject to store trading hours). Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following day. Please note you will receive a notification once your order is processed and ready for collection.

 

After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation and payment receipt via email. 
You can easily cancel your order post purchase. Please contact Bunnings Customer Support on 0800 35 00 11 to cancel an order between 5am and 12pm AEST daily.
Your Click & Collect items will be available for collection at the dedicated Online Pick-up counter at the front of our store.

Yes, someone else can pick up your order on your behalf. They’ll need to provide a copy of the order confirmation in store when collecting your order, and photo identification.

Once your order's processed, you’ll receive confirmation letting you know that it’s ready to pick up. Bring your confirmation email and ID to the online pick-up counter at the front of the store.

We will hold your order up to 5 days from when you receive your ready to collect notification. If for any reason you cannot make it within this timeframe, please contact the store and our team will be happy to assist you.
You need to bring photo identification and a copy of your order confirmation.
In the event your order is missing an item, the store will arrange for those items to be brought to your selected Click & Collect store. In this event, the store will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time for collection.

Your Click & Collect items will be available for collection at the dedicated Online Pick-up counter at the front of our store.

Yes, you can return an item if you've changed your mind. View our returns policy.
If your order remains uncollected after 5 days, a refund for the total purchase price will be processed automatically. If you need more time or have special circumstances, please reach out to the store and our team will be happy to assist you.
You can easily cancel your order post purchase. Please contact Bunnings Customer Support on 0800 35 00 11 to cancel an order between 7am and 7pm daily.
