Shop online and then collect your order in-store with our Click & Collect service. Now available at eligible warehouses across New Zealand.
The service
Click & Collect is offered to customers in most stores, this includes stocked key items. Eligible products that are marked "Buy online" and "Pick up in-store". Once your order's processed, you'll receive confirmation letting you know that it's ready to pick up. Bring your confirmation email and ID to the online pick-up counter at the front of the store.
Where do I collect my item from in-store?
Your Click & Collect items will be available for collection at the dedicated online pick-up counter at the front of our store.
How long will my order take to process?
Orders placed by 4pm will be available for pickup within 2 hours (Subject to store trading hours). Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following day. Please note you will receive a notification once your order is processed and ready for collection. For further information you can view our Terms & Conditions here.
What if I need to return an item(s) that I ordered?
Simply come into the store you placed your order with, and we'll happily assist you with a return or exchange.
