The Bunnings Commercial PowerPass is the purchasing option offered to our trade customers. It is for exclusive use at Bunnings Stores and Trade Centres.

The Bunnings Commercial Powerpass can be used one of 3 ways - Cash only, Credit or a 20 Day account - please see our PowerPass hub for more information on each.
Cards take up to 12 working days to arrive however if you applied prior to that then please contact the Customer Service Team on 0800 800 695 during business hours, email powerpass@bunnings.co.nz or 'contact us' through PowerPass hub.

If you've applied for Credit, you will be contacted via email within 5 working days. If you've not been contacted, please call 0800 800 695 during business hours or email applications@bunnings.com.au
Yes, you can obtain the Cash Only benefits today. Please go to the Trade Desk at your local store. The team will require your business details and can provide you with a Temporary Paper Card. Alternatively, in Step 3 of the online application please select Yes 'Temporary Paper Card Required' and this will be emailed to you directly.

You must sign the back of your card and bring photo ID into a Bunnings store or Trade Centre to get your card activated (it cannot be done over the phone or on-line). The photo ID must match the name on the card and the signature on the back otherwise the card cannot be activated. You will be required to set up your 4 digit Pin in-store as well.

Note: Cash cards do not require activation.
