I need to activate my Bunnings Commercial PowerPass. Can you do it for me?
You must sign the back of your card and bring photo ID into a Bunnings store or Trade Centre to get your card activated (it cannot be done over the phone or on-line). The photo ID must match the name on the card and the signature on the back otherwise the card cannot be activated. You will be required to set up your 4 digit Pin in-store as well. Note: Cash cards do not require activation.
I haven't yet applied for a Bunnings Commercial PowerPass card. Can I obtain the benefits today?
Yes, you can obtain the Cash Only benefits today. Please go to the Trade Desk at your local store. The team will require your business details and can provide you with a Temporary Paper Card. Alternatively, in Step 3 of the online application please select Yes 'Temporary Paper Card Required' and this will be emailed to you directly.
I've applied for a Bunnings Commercial PowerPass but haven't yet received it, what's happening?

Can I use my Commercial PowerPass card for Special Order, and what happens if I need to get a refund?
Yes, you can use your Commercial PowerPass card for a Special Order. If your Commercial PowerPass was used and a refund is required, the amount will be refunded back on to your account. The tender cannot be returned another way.

Can I have more than one card?
Yes, you can apply for multiple cards for the new Bunnings Commercial PowerPass.
Note: it will be one aggregate credit limit across all cards.
What is a New Zealand Business Number (NZBN)?
The New Zealand Business Number (NZBN) is a globally unique identifier, available to every New Zealand business, from sole traders to large corporations.

If you are unsure if your business has a NZBN, you can either search or apply via the NZBN website https://www.nzbn.govt.nz/
If you are an apprentice, you do not require a NZBN however, we require proof of your Apprenticeship status.
