What is PowerPass Pro Rewards?
PowerPass Pro Rewards is Bunning's loyalty program for small to medium business and Trade customers.
It rewards you for your everyday business spend. Customers can earn Pro Rewards Dollars as they shop, unlock fuel discounts, access perk offers and move through tiers as their business grows, so the value builds over time.
How does PowerPass Pro Rewards work?
Pro Rewards offer three key benefits to give real value back that grows with your business:
Spend and Get Pro Rewards Dollars:
Get $100 in Pro Rewards Dollars when you spend your first $2,000 on eligible purchases. Then earn $50 in Pro Rewards Dollars for every $1,000 spent on eligible purchases after that in each membership year. Pro Rewards Dollars can be redeemed in store at Bunnings. Members will access offers to reach thresholds quicker. Pro Rewards Dollars replaces the discount on selected products that PowerPass Classic offered.
Membership Tiers
Progress through six membership tiers to unlock greater benefits including exclusive offers and gifts, increasing fuel discounts, and other partner benefits.
Tools and Perks that make business easier
Access tools and perk offers that help businesses grow like the PowerPass app, Member Portals, credit facilities, integrations with accounting software partners like Xero and MYOB and discounts at partners like 2 degrees and Pit Stop.
How do I access PowerPass Pro Rewards?

If you have a PowerPass account, sign into the member portal here to check if you’re eligible to convert from the Classic Program to Pro Rewards.
Converting to Pro Rewards means that the PowerPass Classic discount is removed and replaced by the ability to earn Pro Rewards Dollars, access exclusive Pro Rewards offers, Perk Offers and membership tier benefits.
You will continue to receive other benefits of the PowerPass Programs including Flexible Payment Options, Account Management, Access to Trade Support and many more.
Your existing business details, transaction history, and credit services (if you have one) will convert with you. You choose which existing cards you’d like to convert and these will work on PowerPass Pro Rewards.

PowerPass Pro Rewards is designed to introduce greater value and transparency for customers with benefits that can be used on business or personal expenses. It allows businesses to earn Pro Rewards Dollars on eligible spend, tiered fuel discounts and membership rewards, milestone recognition, and expanded Pro Rewards Perks.
Who can join PowerPass Pro Rewards?
The PowerPass Pro Rewards program offers different account types:
- Eligible businesses and trades with a valid NZBN/NZCN
- Owner Builders (with valid permit)
- Apprentices (with registration)
As the program evolves, we’ll continue to review opportunities to support our larger businesses, government, mining and franchise members with additional tools and features.

Will my current card still work if I convert to Pro Rewards?
Your business details, transaction history, and credit services (if you have one) will convert with you. You select which linked card details convert or which are cancelled.
What are the PowerPass Pro Rewards Membership Tiers?
PowerPass Pro Rewards has six Membership Tiers, based on your eligible* annual spend. Each Tier unlocks more benefits and recognition as your business grows. Members can access exclusive Tier Based benefits including up to 15 cent per litre discount off fuel at participating Mobil locations by progressing through tiers.
You move up Tiers automatically when your eligible annual spend reaches the minimum Tier spend threshold as follows:
- Member: $0
- Essential: $2,000
- Plus: $10,000
- Elite: $25,000
- Ultimate: $50,000
- Black: $100,000
*All spend at Bunnings by Account holder or linked cardholder, except spend on gift cards, Marketplace items (selected third party products) or purchases at other Bunnings Group Businesses will count towards your Membership Tier. This means your Tier is always based on your true business spend.
Does Pro Reward Tier spend reset each year?
Each year on your account anniversary date, your Tier will be reset based on your eligible spend in the previous 12 months. Qualifying Spend towards Tiers resets to zero for the upcoming year. Meaning if your anniversary falls on 1st October and your eligible spend in the previous 12 months was $30,000, your spend for the new year is reset to zero but you retain Elite Tier for the next year.
Do I get benefits for achieving higher Tiers?
Yes, the more you spend the more you get. You will earn tier‑based rewards, recognition moments and other benefits and perks such as increasing fuel discounts. The program is designed to reward both growth and consistency.
How do Pro Rewards Dollars work?
Spend $2000 and get $100 Pro Rewards Dollars to use at Bunnings. Each additional $1000 spent unlocks an additional $50 Pro Rewards Dollars. Pro Rewards Dollars can be redeemed by the account holder, in store at Bunnings.
Spend by the account holder and any linked cardholder progresses the account to earn Pro Rewards Dollars. Spend must be on eligible products^ and spend progress resets each year. Pro Rewards Dollars expire 12 months after issue.
Which products or services do not earn Pro Rewards Dollars^?
Items are excluded from earning Pro Rewards Dollars include:
- Purchasing gift cards
- Delivery Charges
- Off Range, deleted or clearance Products
- Any sale where a discount is applied (e.g., price lists, contracts, rebates, quotes)
- Marketplace items (selected third‑party products)
- Spend at other Bunnings Group Businesses including Frame and Truss
What happens with refunds of goods purchased with Pro Rewards Dollars?
If purchases were made using Pro Rewards Dollars, any refunded amount will be returned as Pro Rewards Dollars. Refunded Pro Rewards Dollars expire 30 days after issue.
What can I use the Membership Dashboard for?
The Membership Dashboard is your personal online hub to manage your PowerPass Pro Rewards account and business administration tasks. From here you will have visibility on your membership information including tiers, Pro Rewards dollars, track progress and rewards, offers and missions.
You can also access the Mobil fuel offer via the Membership Dashboard.
