Our standard membership option is designed for businesses who are looking for a long term supplier partner they can rely on. To successfully complete your application, please ensure you have a valid NZBN available.

Apprentices don't need to wait to be qualified to benefit from a PowerPass membership. Apprentices can access the benefits of a Standard membership without an NZBN.

PowerPass members can apply for a flexible 20 Day account to help manage cash flow across jobs. When applying you will be asked to supply information about your business such as the director or proprietor information, plus additional identification and contact information.

You must sign the back of your card and bring photo ID into a Bunnings store or Trade Centre to get your card activated (it cannot be done over the phone or on-line). The photo ID must match the name on the card and the signature on the back otherwise the card cannot be activated. You will be required to set up your 4 digit Pin in-store as well. Note: Cash cards do not require activation.

Yes, you can obtain the Cash Only benefits today. Please go to the Trade Desk at your local store. The team will require your business details and can provide you with a Temporary Paper Card. Alternatively, in Step 3 of the online application please select Yes 'Temporary Paper Card Required' and this will be emailed to you directly.

No. For security reasons we only accept your physical PowerPass card, temporary card or digital card on the PowerPass App. We cannot accept your PowerPass in any other form, including photos or photocopies of your card, or via third party applications.
No. The Bunnings Commercial PowerPass is for exclusive use at Bunnings Stores and Trade Centres.

Yes, you can use your Commercial PowerPass card for a Special Order. If your Commercial PowerPass was used and a refund is required, the amount will be refunded back on to your account. The tender cannot be returned another way.

No. There are no 'points' or schemes associated with the PowerPass.

Yes, you can apply for multiple cards for the new Bunnings Commercial PowerPass. 

 

Note: it will be one aggregate credit limit across all cards.

Orders placed by 6pm Monday - Friday (or 4pm Saturday/Sunday) will be available for pick-up the next day from 7am. Orders placed after 6pm will be processed the following day. You’ll be contacted when your order is ready for collection. Please note collection timeframes can vary in some locations. Collection timeframes will be updated regularly and clearly displayed when adding items to your cart. Click & Deliver is offered to customers in most locations, this includes stocked key items. Depending on the location, size, and service requested a reasonable delivery fee will be applied to the customer’s order.
