Frequently asked questions

The Trade Expo is open to everyone. We recommend pre-registering for the expo to save time on arrival.
Yes, you can use the same email to register multiple times. On the day of the event, just make sure you have the QR code for each person attending.

You don't need to be a PowerPass member to attend the Bunnings Trade Expo – all customers are welcome! Please note that PowerPass members will have access to exclusive zones at the event.

You can also sign up on the day to become a PowerPass member and enjoy these benefits.

The expo is a cashless event. All purchases must be made using a credit or EFTPOS card at the point-of-sale desk.

Point of Sale / Checkout: A dedicated point of sale / checkout will be available on the day, where you can purchase products using credit card or EFTPOS.

Customer Order System (COS): For larger or bulkier items, customers can place an order with the dedicated COS team.

These orders allow access to one day only Expo deals and will be transferred to the customer’s nominated Warehouse or Trade Centre for fulfilment.

PowerPass App: Download the FREE PowerPass App and checkout faster. Pay directly through the app and skip the queues on the day.

Unfortunately, as the Trade Expos are held outside of Bunnings stores, pets are not permitted.
If you need to register a group of 5 or more adults, please email bunnings@fcmtravel.com.au and the team will be happy to assist.
The full supplier list will be made available on the Trade Expo website in the lead-up to the event. We can assure you our suppliers will have some great product and information on display as well as some great deals for you.
Near the exit of the expo, there is a Load and Go area where you can leave your purchases. Please ensure your items are labelled before leaving them.

No smoking or vaping is permitted within the venue.
Free parking is available for the expo at the onsite car park at the Auckland Showgrounds. Parking entry is via Gate 2 (main gate) which is accessible via Greenlane Road West, Epsom, Auckland.
A dedicated Load & Go area will be available to assist with larger orders and bulky items, making it easy to get purchases to your vehicle.
As the Auckland Showgrounds carpark is open-air there are no height restrictions.

By Bus: There are number of bus stops close to Auckland Showgrounds, serviced by Routes 650, 321, 70 and 30. The OuterLINK also stops close by on Greenlane West near Manukau Road.

By Train: The closest train station is Greenlane, approximately 25-30 minutes walk to Auckland Showgrounds. For more information, please visit the Auckland Transport website

The Auckland Showgrounds provide wheelchair accessibility throughout the venue. There are accessible toilets located in all bathrooms. Please ask any venue staff members if you need assistance.
