Helen is a Project Manager with Fulton Hogan for major infrastructure projects. She has over 15 years experience in the construction sector in the UK and NZ. Starting her career on site and progressing to management positions. A previous winner of a NAWIC award and a member of the National Council, she is passionate about supporting women in the industry and creating teams in which they can thrive Kelvin has been at Bunnings for just over five years as legal counsel for Bunnings NZ. Before joining Bunnings Kelvin held a role at Fisher and Paykel Appliances.  He has an interest in the building industry and believes the Women in Apprenticeships Award is a great initiative to recognise women in what most people see as a “male” industry. Throughout Jon’s career across many industries, he has been inspired by many influential women leaders. His current team, predominantly women, reflects his commitment to fostering an inclusive and empowering environment. Jon is proud to involved with this initiative to create opportunities for the next generation of women in apprenticeships. Robyn has been with Bunnings for 3.5 years as the NZ Finance Manager for Bunnings NZ. Prior to joining Bunnings she spent approximately 7 years at The Warehouse Group. Although she wasn't a 'DIY' expert (or even a novice) before, Robyn's time at Bunnings has truly opened her eyes to the workings of the building industry. Robyn is incredibly inspired to witness the growth of women in this field, and is deeply honoured to have been asked to judge the Women in Apprenticeships Awards.
