How to recover your username

Step 1.

Select the account icon in the website header followed by the red sign in button.

Step 2.

Select the ‘Forgot Username?’ located under the red sign in button.

Step 3.

Enter the email address registered to your account in the text field. After entering your email address, select the Red 'Recover username’ button.

Step 4.

If the form was submitted successfully, you see a ‘Check your Inbox’ message.

Step 5.

Go to your email inbox, you should have received a new email from the Bunnings PowerPass team. The email contains a reminder of your username. Use this username to sign into your online PowerPass account. 

Didn’t receive an email?

• Your forgotten username email should arrive in your inbox within 1 minute.

• Check your spam and junk mail folders. 

• Ensure your email address is spelt correctly.

• Repeat the process, paying attention to your spelling when entering your email address.
