How to sign in

Before you sign in:

You must have an active PowerPass account.

Your account or card must be registered for online access.

Step 1.

Select the account icon in the website header followed by the red sign in button.

Step 2.

Enter your PowerPass Username and password then click the red sign in button.

Please note: Your PowerPass Username is often different to your email address. Your customised username was created when registering your account.

Having issues signing in?

• Your account must be registered for online access, visit how to set up online access.

• Forgot your username? Select the Forgot username link to recover your account.

• Your account will be locked for 15 minutes following 5 unsuccessful signs in attempts.

• Forgot your password? Select the forgot password link below the sign in button.
