Step 1.
Select the account icon in the website header followed by the red sign in button.
Step 2.
Select the forgot password link under the red sign in button.
Step 3.
Enter your PowerPass username or email address used to register your account.
Step 4.
Check your email inbox. You should receive an email from the Bunnings PowerPass Team containing a red ‘Reset password’ button, select the button to continue.
Didn’t receive an email?
• Your forgotten password email should arrive in your inbox within 1 minute.
• Check your spam and junk mail folders.
• Ensure your username or email address is spelt correctly.
Step 5.
After selecting the reset password button in the email, a new page browser window should appear. Enter the answer to the security question and select the red ‘Next’ button.

Step 6.
Enter, then repeat your new password in the text fields. Ensure your new password meets the minimum password requirements listed. Select the red ‘Done’ button to continue.
Step 7.
Upon successful password reset, you will be returned to the sign in page and a green password reset success notification should be visible. Follow prompts to sign in using your new password.
(If you have pre-saved your username and password you must re-enter in your new password you just created)
Having issues with your new password?
Ensure you are entering the correct username. In many cases, your email address is not your Username and will not be accepted.
Forgot your username? A reminder was sent to you in the reset password email. Alternatively, select 'Forgot username' to recover your account username.
